By creating an account, making a reservation, leaving a review, or otherwise using GoAmico, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using GoAmico on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

GoAmico is a platform that connects users with restaurants and hotels, allowing users to:

• •Make reservations and bookings
• •Read and write verified reviews
• •View Trust Scores and ratings
• •Save favorite establishments to wishlists
• •Communicate with businesses through our platform

GoAmico also provides businesses with tools to manage their listings, respond to reviews, and interact with customers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of GoAmico, you must create an account. You agree to:

• •Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• •Maintain the security of your password and account
• •Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Reservations and Bookings

4.1 Making Reservations

When you make a reservation through GoAmico, you are entering into a direct agreement with the restaurant or hotel. GoAmico acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the reservation agreement. The business is solely responsible for honoring your reservation and providing the services you booked.

4.2 Cancellation and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies are set by each individual business. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the cancellation policy of the business you book with. GoAmico is not responsible for refunds or disputes arising from cancellations or modifications.

4.3 No-Show Policy

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your ability to make future reservations through GoAmico. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in repeated no-show behavior.

5. Reviews and Content

5.1 Review Guidelines

GoAmico encourages honest, authentic reviews. When writing a review, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and truthful information based on your actual experience
• •Upload authentic receipts or proof of visit when submitting verified reviews
• •Not post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• •Not post reviews for businesses you have not actually visited
• •Not accept payment or incentives in exchange for reviews
• •Respect the privacy and dignity of others

5.2 Verified Reviews

Reviews that include verified proof of visit (such as receipts) are marked with a verification badge and carry more weight in our Trust Score calculations. We use AI-based verification systems to ensure review authenticity.

5.3 Content Ownership

By posting content on GoAmico, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content.

5.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, is reported as fake or inappropriate, or otherwise violates our community guidelines. We investigate all reports within 24 hours.

6. Trust Score System

GoAmico uses a proprietary Trust Score system to help users identify reliable businesses. Trust Scores are calculated based on:

• •Verified reviews and review quality
• •Review authenticity and AI verification
• •Business response rate and engagement
• •Service consistency over time
• •Overall customer satisfaction

Trust Scores are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee the quality of service. We are not liable for any decisions made based on Trust Scores.

7. Business Partners

7.1 Partner Obligations

Businesses that list on GoAmico agree to:

• •Provide accurate business information, including location, hours, and pricing
• •Honor all reservations made through the platform
• •Respond to customer reviews professionally and promptly
• •Maintain high service standards
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• •Upload authentic bill/receipt templates that match what customers receive

7.2 Subscription and Billing

Partner subscriptions are billed monthly according to your chosen plan. You are responsible for maintaining current payment information. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• •Use GoAmico for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• •Post fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews
• •Manipulate Trust Scores or ratings through artificial means
• •Harass, threaten, or harm other users or businesses
• •Impersonate any person or entity
• •Access or attempt to access other users' accounts
• •Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from GoAmico
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• •Violate any intellectual property rights

9. Intellectual Property

All content on GoAmico, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation of all content, is the property of GoAmico or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

GoAmico is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10.2 Third-Party Services

GoAmico is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by restaurants, hotels, or other businesses listed on our platform. We are not a party to transactions between users and businesses.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoAmico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoAmico, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts, as applicable.
